TERMS & CONDITIONS — Dream Stitches

By using our website and services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

 

1. Services We Provide

Dream Stitches offers:

  • Embroidery Digitizing

  • Vector Art

  • Patch Design

  • Jacket Back, Cap, Sleeve, Towel & Puff Digitizing

  • Custom Logo Digitizing

All services are custom-made as per client requirements.

 

2. Account Registration

By creating an account:

  • You confirm the data provided is accurate.

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

  • You agree to follow our policies and guidelines.

 

3. Order Process

  • Orders must include clear instructions and required files.

  • Delivery time depends on design complexity.

  • Any delay caused by missing or unclear instructions is not our responsibility.

 

4. Payments

  • All payments must be completed before final file delivery.

  • Payment charges & transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We use secure payment gateways for all transactions.

 

5. Refund & Revision Policy

Our refund rules follow the official Refund Policy page:

Refunds are only provided if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred

  • Wrong design was delivered

  • Order was not delivered on time without prior notice

  • Refund request made within 7 days

Revisions:

  • Unlimited free minor edits

  • Major edits may require additional charges

Orders cannot be canceled once digitizing has started.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • You must have full rights to any artwork you upload.

  • We are not responsible for copyright claims or misuse of uploaded designs.

  • Final digitized files are owned by the customer after delivery.

  • We may showcase sample work in our portfolio unless you request removal.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Upload copyrighted or illegal files

  • Perform hacking attempts

  • Misuse our platform for fraud

  • Share login information

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Stitches is not liable for:

  • Machine errors

  • Incorrect embroidery due to machine settings

  • Losses due to delays

  • Issues caused by incomplete instructions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

 

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Violating Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse or misuse of services

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
