Since each order is custom-created, our refund and revision policies are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

1. General Policy

All our services are customized and hand-crafted, so full refunds are not typically available after delivery.
However, we’ll always work with you to resolve any issue promptly and professionally.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment or double charge.

Delivered file/design is completely different from what was ordered.

Order not delivered within the confirmed timeline without prior notice.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of file delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

The design has already been delivered in working embroidery/vector format.

You change your mind or cancel after work has started.

Minor design preferences (e.g., stitch density, texture, color choice) differ.

You request major modifications unrelated to the original design brief.

We encourage customers to use our free revision option before considering refunds.

4. Free Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited free minor edits to ensure your full satisfaction.
If a mistake occurs on our end, we’ll correct it 100% free of cost.
For major changes (new layout, different logo, or size alteration),
a minimal redesign fee may apply.

5. Refund or Revision Request Process

To initiate a refund or revision:

Include your Order ID, issue details, and attached design file.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order only before the digitizing or vectorization work starts.
Once the process begins, cancellation or refund is not possible.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
